ReplyDeleteIt was controversial originally because the Jubilee sports centre was going to be 100% replaced by housing.
ReplyDeleteThe revised plan appears to try to remedy that.
Jubilee Sports Centre users lose out (with both plans), Kensal Rise residents gain an 'improved' Moberley sport centre.
Brent residents inevitably won't get the Westminster discount though...

Both sites are owned by Westminster.
As far a I am aware discounts for Brent residents will continue.
