Quint fashions

We've learnt that the above, on Chamberlayne Road, is to become a sports therapist office with treatment rooms. Not quite sure what that means but at least it will look good.

Anything else gong on? Harvist hasn't reaopened, does that mean it's not going to? Also the new apartments on Kilburn Lane/Chamberlayne are very high, aren't they? Towers over the area if you are coming from Ladbroke Grove (I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing).

Finally what used to be Miro's and is becoming a new bar has given us some more information 'Gonna be a cocktail bar with a twist! Art prints for sale and available for private hire.'

Heard Harvist bloke is having trouble with insurance as it was his ex-wife who trashed his shop. Allegedly.

Pizza East has opened in Golborne Rd. That is what Harvest should turn into. Also a cool wine shop like The Salusbury would be nice.

So the new build is called Metro 88. Tried on bellway.co.uk to find pics of final development but nothing. Any way to find out through planning what supermarket is opening underneath ? Hope it is Iceland. Ha.

Taste of Chamberlain is opening the lower floor soon as a mums/kids room. I actually really like this place. Had a lovely sandwich and the prices are reasonable. The staff are lovely too.

I think taste of chamberlayne is pricier than Minkies but I might be wrong. Graceland is my favorite when it comes to baby friendly places!

It looks decent although I think kilburn lane is becoming too modern for my liking Iean there is around three buildings already onkilburn lane plus the orange colour is a bit odd but none the less the building looks decent however I feel the houses are still desired

Another vote for Taste of Chamberlayne. Love the staff. Could live without the mum's/kids room below but what to do!

Apparently the new supermarket is under Bellway apartments is going to be an Marks and Spencer food store. We are trying to buy in the area and this is the buzz we are getting. I hope it is.

Marks and Spencer lost out and Waitrose is going to be there, but I think that they are still trying to fight it!

under bellway i wish it will be sort of like a restuarant or fast food chain like mcdonalds, kfc, nandos, starbucks. this could bring alot of customers to that store.
