Samson Miro looks like it has reopened

We only passed it yesterday on the bus, but it loooks much the same but with more seating and perhaps the back has been opened up!

Update: A closer look, through the window, shows it is more like a bar, with just the side wall with wines and a lot more seating, including sofas with a view out of the back.

It looks nice & has more tables than before which is great as I was always a bit wary of going in & having to sit on the one big table with everyone else.

it is also much lighter in there now that they have knocked through to the back.

i will try it and report back.

Samson & Miro fell out, Miro left. Samson and co contrived to lose loads of money, Miro comes back to buy the lease back for a song and is converting it to a tapas place. Clever lad.

Sign on window says it reopens 18th April. Says will do tapas in the evening and weekend brunch menu. Much more open and inviting now. The wine list is on the window too and is very, very reasonable.

Visited Miro's (new name) yesterday and had a great time. Definitely more relaxed and inviting than it previously was.

So has Miro bought it from Samson then?

It has re-opened but with a kitchen now that serves really good and reasonable food. I tried the brunch yesterday and loved it. Great atmosphere, friendly service, good prices and healthy delicious food! Dont really care about the politics behind it... as long as it stays this way.

I had fantastic food there last Friday and intend to go back this week. I can see it becoming a regular beginning of the weekend treat.
