Lucky Chip burger van

In the truely useful fashion for which this 'blog is internationally famous, my review comes as I think the Lucky Chip burger van has finished it Harrow Road/Chamberlayne Road stint, but apparently it is travelling around and will be back in May so you might see it again. The burgers were very tasty, with a lovely relish, and nice beefy burger (all sourced from the Brooks Butchers on Chamberlayne Road) and the chips were classic US diner style. In all we were very pleased with our meal from there, and it's a great idea.

Yum Yum, I really enjoyed the burger. On a similar thread, what do people think of the Taste of Chamberlayne? I had eggs Florentine in there the other day & although the eggs were a bit over done, enjoyed it very much.

Yeah, passed by Lucky the other night whilst a little pissed and was shocked. This is like the polar opposite of your usual post session kebab fan. Proper food.
Found out after speaking to them it is all ethically sourced. Who'd a thunk it? Ethical fast food.

They are back again but this time only at weekends.

The burgers at Lucky Chip and The Regent and the epic fry-ups at Station 8 are ruining my health. At least I'll go down smiling.

The burgers are sourced from Brooks - have you tasted the Bavarian Lagers in Brooks from Brewers and Union. The Dark (Brewers and Union Dark) and unfiltered amber lager (Berne) is a perfect compliment for any burger - best beers sold anywhere around NW10/NW6.
