A supplier of cakes to Kensal Rise

My French is not up to translating this, but one gets the impression (and google's translation helps) that this article is about a French woman who makes cakes for various delis in Kensal Rise.

I have just been in the New Kitchen Showroom on the Rise - it is good to see a change. I hear more new businesses of a similar ilk are moving in to the area. This is truly proof that the Rise is changing and moving away from the shuttered shops that it has seen in the past. Queens Park eat your heart out.
