The Grove magazine has a short article saying Brent council have given planning permission to the Blackstone Group to build 'plush student residences' for 300 students from Imperial College and Lamda near Kensal Rise. Anyone know where?

Went past here at the weekend, demolition has already begun!
As an Imperial College student & resident myself, i think it's a great thing (i am an MSc Student already living / owning on chamberlayne Road)

Makes sense, near the Cobden club. Be intersting to see if the space where the old petrol station used to be becomes apartments/supermarket as described by someone earlier.
I saw the plans a few years ago - it was apartments with a large shop unit over the whole ground floor.
